I bring creativity, sensitivity and compassion to my therapy work. My therapy approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based therapy, Attachment theory, Adlerian therapy and Jungian therapy. Above all the approaches and techniques, I believe that one of the most important factors in positive therapeutic results is a strong and trusting relationship between clients and therapists, based on the therapist's reverence for life and belief that we all have the capacity to overcome our challenges and complete ourselves.
